Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to SmartCooling AC Services. By accessing our website, contacting us, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Bookings & Call-Outs

Appointments can be scheduled via phone, WhatsApp, or our website. While we strive to adhere strictly to the scheduled time, arrival times may vary slightly due to traffic, weather conditions, or prior emergency repairs. We will notify you in case of any significant delays.

2. Pricing, Estimates, and Payment

  • Inspection Fee: A standard visitation/inspection fee applies if our technician diagnoses the issue but you choose not to proceed with the repair.
  • Estimates: Once the AC issue is diagnosed, the technician will provide an upfront cost estimate for the repair, gas refill, or parts replacement. Service will only begin upon your approval.
  • Payment: Full payment is due immediately upon the completion of the service. We accept cash, UPI, and major digital payment methods.

3. Parts Replacement and Warranty

We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts for all repairs. Any warranty provided applies strictly to the specific part replaced and the labor associated with that specific replacement. The warranty is void if the AC unit is tampered with by a third-party technician after our service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure a safe working environment for our technicians. Access to the AC unit (especially outdoor units installed at heights) must be clear. If scaffolding or special access equipment is required, it must be arranged by the customer unless previously agreed upon.

5. Liability Disclaimer

SmartCooling AC Services is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the AC unit, wiring issues, or structural damage around the installation site. We are not responsible for delays caused by the unavailability of specific brand spare parts in the market.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance. Frequent cancellations without notice may restrict your ability to book future services with us.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi.
